On a small island in the Mediterranean, the usual depiction of the birth of Jesus is in jeopardy because the child who normally plays Jesus has now grown. Moreover, no child has been born on the island for a long time and it is necessary to find a new baby Jesus. The mayor would like to "borrow" a child from the Tunisian community of the island, but things are not really getting along between the Italians and Tunisians. The mayor is looking for a solution...
