Nineteen and Phyllis plot

Andrew Jackson Cavanaugh is a young man in the small town of Vixville. He is entranced by a young woman, but does not make enough money to impress her. However, his rival has a lot of money and Andrew must find a way to overcome the rival's greater appeal.
