"In Neuilly change is happening now!"
In 2008 Sami Benboudaoud discovered Neuilly-sur-Seine, where he had crazy adventures. Ten years later, while everything is going well for Sami, who is completing his studies in political science brilliantly, things are not going well for his cousin Charles de Chazelle. Since the defeat of his idol Sarkozy in the presidential election, he has fallen into a deep depression when his family loses all their fortune and has to leave Neuilly. Rejected by all, the Chazelles find refuge with Sami in Nanterre. From then on, the life of Sami and the inhabitants of his city will never be calm again.
