Mona & Marie plot
The festival of love is just around the corner and city muse Mona is in her element. Although she can't stand the sentimentality of Christmas, she wants everything to be perfect. The biggest tree, the most expensive gifts, the most exclusive buffet... But unfortunately not everything goes according to plan, because her husband Gregor dies of a heart attack two weeks before Christmas. As if that wasn't bad enough, Mona learns that her husband has not only cheated on her with his assistant, but also stripped her of the entire family fortune. Mona's life is in ruins. Then Mona's son Jonas enlists the help of her younger sister Marie, whose life is also not going smoothly. Will it still be a nice Christmas after all?
