Mladé Víno plot

A young agricultural engineer, Jan Petrus, is about to assume the position of chairman of a cooperative in the village of Pálavice. Before finally taking up his position, he decides to work as a waiter in a restaurant in the village center in order to become familiar with the local conditions. Everything seems to be in order in Pálavice, but Jan soon discovers numerous shortcomings.
