Minute Papillon plot

Oscar, a shy lifeguard, flees his boss's wrath after causing a disaster at the water purification machine he was supposed to tune. In his haste, he accidentally takes a mobster's car that hides the plans of a superior satellite. The bad consequences are inevitable.
