Millions in the Air plot

Amateur opera singer Tony Pagano repeatedly performs arias from Verdi's Rigoletto in his performances, but he is booed by the audience. When New York radio station WOX is auditioning for Colonel Edward's 'Amateur Hour' program, Pagano makes another grand attempt with Verdi's Rigoletto and it's catching on. The Kello Soap company, owned by Calvin Keller, sponsors 'Amateur Hour'. Against her father's wishes, Marion Keller also auditions along with ice cream vendor Eddie Warren. Marion repeatedly cancels her appointments with her fiancé Gordon Rogers III to rehearse with Eddie and they fall in love...
