Métisse plot
Métisse is about an Antillean girl in Paris who is pregnant by one of her two boyfriends. One is a poor guts kid from a strict Jewish family, who races through Paris on his city bike and hangs out at the boxing gym. The other is a rich diplomat's son from an absent African family, who studies law and works in a fast-food joint. Lola herself comes from Martinique and lets it all lean a bit. She has a Matisse hanging on the wall. Will it be a black or white baby? The test proves it, but before that, there are still some conflicts to be fought out.
