"The Greatest Screen and Radio Scream Ever!"
Julius is a somewhat strange man who pretends to be the Baron Munchausen. Together with his foolish friend, he leaves for New York and immediately causes chaos there. The two end up at a music school for women and eventually become involved in various musical productions.
