Margie plot

Margie and her daughter recall Margie's childhood in the Roaring Twenties. Today, Margie is a high school student who doesn't have many friends. She, like any other teenage girl, falls in love with her teacher Ralph Fontayne. When her prom date gets sick, she surprises everyone with her replacement.
