"GIVE HER AWAY? OH NO! PAPA PAID TO GET RID OF HER!"
The biggest mistake the branch owner Horatio Allen has made is to make his muddle-headed daughter Gracie his sole heiress. Gracie suddenly becomes obsessed with the idea of turning her father's shop into a bird sanctuary. Psychologist Dr. Otto von Strudel suggests that the best way to discourage Gracie is to marry her off to Burns. However, Burns is against this idea until Horatio Allen offers him $10 for every mile he travels with Gracie to steer clear of his store.
