Man with a Plan plot

"Fred Tuttle has spent a long time in the barn; now he just wants to spens a little time in the House."

The film is about 72-year-old farmer Fred Herman Tuttle. Tuttle is partially disabled, unable to pay his taxes and medical care and is in danger of losing his farm. His old father (96) has a bright idea: his son Fred should go into politics. After all, a politician is the only thing you can become without degrees and without being young, and it pays very well.
