"The art of do nothing"
Roque Waterfall has many shortcomings but one good quality: it lacks economic hardship thanks to the rent it receives from renting out a building it inherited in the Los Andes neighborhood of Buenos Aires. So he has plenty of time. In search of literary inspiration, he visits the slums in the middle of the night, as well as glamorous parties in Palermo. Roque meets Carla del Pont, who is obsessed with exercise and healthy food. He will have an intense romance with her, as Austrian filmmaker Hans Gunther Flögenhoefer begins making a film intended to document the riotous and unproductive existence of Roque Waterfall.
