Malamaal Weekly plot

Lilaram earns a meager wage by selling tickets from the Malamaal Weekly lottery. One day, while watching TV at a local tea bar, he finds out that one of the raffle tickets he sold has a prize of 100,000 Rupees. He organizes (with his last money) a party for all the 105 people who have bought a ticket from him, so that he can find out who has won so much money.
