Madelines plot
Scientists Madeline and Owen work from their home on a time travel machine. If Madeline has had a little too much wine and fine-tunes the time travel program, the experiment seems to work for humans too. But then Owen is suddenly attacked by a copy of Madeline that shows up in their backyard. After killing the copy, the scientists discover that a bug has been made in the software, causing a time loop. A new copy of Madeline will appear in the garden every day for the next nine years. To avoid a time paradox, and save the universe and their marriage, there is no other option than to kill the copies.
