Mad Cow plot

"A crazed scientist creates a half-man, half-cow creature which goes on the rampage at an African game lodge."

Deep in the African forests, a mad scientist has stolen the body of a human android from a secret military research base. He has the not very original idea to conquer the world with this. However, the body he stole has no head. He decides to grab the first thing he can find, a cow's head from a butcher's freezer, and put it on the body. The mad cow is born!
