Luks Glück plot

A Turkish immigrant family from Hamburg wins the lottery. The parents want to buy a hotel in Turkey with the money. But the eldest son Murat uses the money to move into a new house with his wife and daughter. Now the parents are completely dependent on the help of their youngest son Luk. Luk is 29 and has not had many opportunities in his life. He is now frantically brooding on an idea to change his life with the help of money. When he sees how his secret love, the nurse Gül, at an Alevi wedding brings the guests to tears with her singing, he gets an idea: Luk and Gül want to earn big money with Alevi pop music...
