Low and Peachy plot
A slacker has a miserable love life and no career prospects. He comes into contact with agents of the Life Police, a secret government agency that forces residents to become happier, more productive members of the community. However, chaos ensues at the Life Police when the pretty senior officer falls in love with the slacker.
