"The Stooges go Romantic in a Riot of fun!"

The Stooges are in the harbor, where they wait for the boat that will bring the girls they have met during their army days. They reminisce, have a drink and fall asleep. While sleeping, Shemp gets his feet stuck in a block of cement. Dynamite has to be involved.
