Love Aflame plot
Jack Calvert makes a bet with his friends that he can get from Kansas to Constantinople without financial help and without the help of a woman. Meanwhile, Betty Mason is on the run from her lover Reginald, whom she is not very fond of. Betty has disguised herself as a boy and when she meets Jack, they decide to stay together and travel together. Their journey takes them through several strange lands, including a cannibal island, but it isn't until they reach Constantinople that Betty reveals that she is actually a girl.
