Life with the Lyons plot

The Lyons stand on the doorstep of their brand new home in Marble Arch and they're in trouble right away. The landlord, Mr. Hemingway, is not at all charmed by the family and is very difficult about handing over the key. An attempt to convince the man of their good behavior ends in disaster.
