Josefine and Isolde, two Salvation Army soldiers, are sent to the city to bring love and hope to the people. But they are not the only newcomers in town. Tristan, a quarrelsome man, also resides in the city. Josefine and Isolde comfort a victim of Tristan. But they cannot escape a struggle against Tristan, Money or Love. Then the Angel takes the devil by the horns.
