"THEY'RE OUT OF THIS WORLD!"
Student Tad practices with the Kappa Psi Delta fraternity band at Rawley University. This band was hired to play at a sorority party in honor of high school rowing champion Bob Terry. When Buck Wing, a member of the fraternity, delivers the news that Bob has been drafted into the military and will not be attending Rawley's performance, Tad and his friend Frankie Monahan panic. Fearing that their friends Bess Martin and Midge Lawrence will get angry if they show up without Bob at the party, Frankie decides to find Bob an impersonator.
