Les Bidochon plot
"A love story in color and with real actors!"
After the death of her mother, Raymonde, who suffered from severe depression, married Robert Bidochon. She met the latter through a marriage agency. Rough and plump, this weeknight Frenchman wasn't exactly her charming Prince Charming; she took him as a husband and the couple moved into social housing in Sarcelles. Raymonde does the housework and Robert is a peddler. He and his colleague go door-to-door selling encyclopedias. One day Raymonde receives a letter stating that her husband has passed away...
