Le Père Lampion plot

In the Republic of Carvolie, Desnoyaux, President of the Council, is a brave man who is fooled by his beautiful girlfriend, Lulu de Pompadour. But the man has a wife and a sweet daughter, who will do anything to keep him at home. In vain. The chairman is immersed every night in the joys of adultery without noticing that an opposition party is against him. The leaders of the conspiracy are named Gargarousse, Cornillet, General Dubula, Petit-Morin, soon followed by Prosper, Desnoyaux's driver.
