Lawless Heart plot

"Is the life you have the life you want?"

The film is about three men who are confronted with their snow-covered passion in a sleepy seaside town. The focal point of the story is the funeral of restaurateur Nick's (Tom Hollander's) friend. A cheerful woman soothes Nick's grief and to his surprise, even the heterosensual spark jumps. The second player is Farmer Dan (Bill Nighy), a loyal husband and father who becomes intoxicated by the joyous florist Corinne (Clementine Celarie). She makes him think about his righteous, depressing existence.
