Laffing Time plot

Musty Suffer is a good-natured family man. He lives with his wife Sally, mother-in-law, twin daughters Betsy and Netsy, and dog Spartacus. Musty and his neighbor Blobbsy want to give the children a birthday party. However, the tax collector takes all their money, and Musty, Sally and Blobbsy organize their own show to entertain the neighborhood children.
