L'Arnaqueuse plot

Fanny, 30 and pregnant, is tired of living with her father and her partner, Virgil, a champion procrastinator. So when she comes across a golden opportunity: an apartment with "parquet floors, moldings, and fireplaces" in Paris, she jumps at the chance. But Masséna, the saleswoman, is anything but dying.
