Nick is an unassigned screenwriter and Mary a pregnant actress. They go on a maternity visit in Los Angeles. When a zombie outbreak occurs, she and some friends are forced to stay indoors. After a while, the ration runs out and the group comes to the conclusion that there is only one way out: to fight the zombies.
