Khuu Raet plot

Seki, a young Japanese detective has lost his fellow detective because he was murdered by a serial killer. The weird serial killer has a special target audience; transsexuals. When the serial killer flees to Thailand, Seki goes after him. Here he meets Lily, a woman (or rather a man?) who performs in cabaret clubs. Lily's best friend was also killed by the serial killer. Since Lily is the only witness and has seen the killer's face, she is in danger. She helps Seki track down the killer, and they befriend. But then the serial killer threatens to set off a bomb at a festival where all transsexuals gather...
