Kalte Karibik plot

On the small Wadden island of Meerscheid it is still just as peaceful as it used to be. It is even so quiet that the mayor wants to remove the post of constable Ludger. When Ludger finds out, he asks his best friend Olaf to kick the ass in order to increase the crime rate. But at exactly the same moment, four young people arrive on the island. These have staged their own kidnapping in order to move to the Caribbean with the ransom.
