"...anything can happen."

The same morning that some creep pours coffee on her, Ashley bumps into a man who looks familiar. His name is Michael and he is a regular at the collar shop where she works. Michael offers to help her and cheers her up. He also invites Ashley to have something to eat and drink. Together they spend the day in a regal way. Mid-afternoon, Michael confesses that someone wants Ashley to have a great day. Who is it and why is this arranged? And how will Ashley react when she finally finds out?
