Il Commissario Lo Gatto plot
Police Commissioner Natale Lo Gatto is in charge of the local police force within Vatican City. During an investigation, after the murder of a Vatican priest, he decides to question the Pope himself. For this reason, Lo Gatto is transferred to a remote Sicilian islet, Favignana. On the island there is actually very little to do for a police commissioner, so Lo Gatto takes over the investigation of a missing tourist himself. A journalist always looking for sensational stories lends him a hand, even if the possible body has not yet been found...
