I Can Explain plot

Jimmy Berry, a misunderstood young man, is pursued by his jealous business partner Howard Dawson. When Howard finds Jimmy and his wife Dorothy together on the golf course, he attempts to shoot Jimmy. Although Jimmy insists he can explain everything, Howard will not listen. He suggests that Jimmy should move to the office in New York City and then to South America, to separate him from Howard's wife. When he leaves for South America, however, Dorothy takes the same ship, and further complications arise when they are found together disembarking.
