Hotel Haywire plot
dr. Parkhouse pranks a poker pal by sending him home with a ladies shirt in his jacket pocket. The joke backfires, after which Parkhouse gets into trouble with his own wife. Threatened with divorce, Parkhouse is advised by a mad astrologer to put his wife in a compromising situation at the Hotel Haywire, enlisting amateur detectives Bert and Genevieve Sterns to help him realize his plan.
