Hearts under the Olive Tree plot

Melissa, a well-known author, struggles with writer's block and a tight deadline. Under pressure from her mother, who is also her agent, she reluctantly goes to an olive farm and gets help from Ben, the nerdy owner. She doesn't like his methods, but tries them anyway. As they work together, she teaches Ben creativity to save the farm. Their bond grows until her ex, Jonathan, a potential investor, complicates matters. Ben feels betrayed by Melissa, which threatens their budding romance.
