"Chorus Cutie Inherits Gangland Empire!"
Big Dan Hennessy, a great gangster from the 1920s, is killed by his enemies. In his will, Hennessy bequeaths his nightclub to the singer Rosemary "Rosie" Lebeau. Her boyfriend, police officer Jimmy Murphy, isn't very happy about that. Gino Lupo, the cool but nice manager of the nightclub, has a lot of fights with the new owner, but eventually falls in love with Rosie.
