"A doctor becomes rude to his loved ones when he is diagnosed with cancer with the hope that no one will love him when he dies."

A surgeon leads a perfect life until he discovers he has only a short time left to live. He decides that the best way to spare others grief is to alienate them. He starts cheating on his wife, starts drinking, gets fired from his job and does everything that is forbidden.
