Goldie plot

"TWO SAILOR LUGS AND A LOVELY LADY IN A COMEDY SPLASH"

Spike Moore (Warren Hymer) is a sailor who keeps going out with girls whose names he finds in a phone book. However, all the girls he dates have a tattoo of Bill, another sailor. Coincidentally, Spike and Bill (Spencer Tracy) meet and become friends. In Calais, Spike meets a beauty named Goldie (Jean Harlow). Bill warns him about her, but Spike follows through on his own terms. And then Spike also discovers a tattoo of Bill on Goldie.
