Gold Cup plot
Gold Cup is a film about desire and disgust. About how an artist looks at the world around him - Los Angeles in this case, a city full of expressions of civilization such as billboards, donut shops and car washes - but above all a film about love. Despite all urban civilization, contact with human origins is sometimes hard to find. At the 'Gold Cup' donut and coffee house in Hollywood, regulars struggle, just like in the early days of the era, with persistent riddles like love, desire and boredom. Clayton, a 29-year-old painter who never holds a brush in his hand again, but is always looking for 'objects', works as a courier for all kinds of shady things.
