Future Schlock plot

Melbourne, the middle of the 21st century. Since the 1990 war it has been mandatory to be boring and bourgeois. The protectors of this dullness lock individualists and nonconformists in ghettos and drug them so that they offer no resistance. However, two mavericks do not accept their defeat.
