The filthy and stupid brothers Issachar and Zabulon are never bored as they fill their lives with insane nonsense. One day they are very hungry, but they can't seem to find anything to eat. Their strange existence takes an unexpected turn when they lose their mother's beloved dog. Until they find her dog, they are no longer allowed in the flat. As a result, the brothers embark on a bizarre journey in Brussels.
