Alison (Ruth Chatterton) is the owner and successful manager of a car factory. She also has a good relationship with her mostly male employees. And she's known for sometimes inviting them to bed with her for a while, only to dump them quickly. Only inventor Jim Thorne (George Brent) refuses her offer. Will she fire him or marry him?
