Fang Mich Doch! plot

Georg, a master improviser, wants the best for his child, who suffers from epilepsy—and finds it in a posh daycare center in Leipzig. But he can't admit that he's unemployed and that his wife works as a cleaner. With a false biography and his rusty charm, the supposed events manager ingratiates himself with the hip parents, organizing flea markets and barbecues, smoking weed, and handling the finances. He considers the half a million euros Georg finds there a "gift" to indulge himself with—while increasingly becoming the hip parents. But as he juggles credit cards, his false existence begins to backfire.
