Stella Martin is a celebrity in the beauty industry, but her enormous success has turned her into a cynical woman. But her happiness seems to be disappearing quickly. Her products are no longer successful and Stella discovers that her husband was having an affair with a younger woman. Ultimately, she has an accident, forcing her to consider cosmetic surgery.
