False Pretenses plot
The waitress is fired after truck driver Mike O'Reilly, whom she broke up with, starts a brawl at the restaurant where she works. Later that evening, on a bridge, Mary meets millionaire Kenneth "Ken" Alden, who has just lost all his fortune. Ken invites Mary to his house to spend the night with him. Mary then devises a plan to help Ken get back on track financially.
