Opera star Lisa Della Robbia marries arrogant millionaire Gerald Fitzgerald. However, his dream of marital happiness is shattered when he finds himself stuck in his daily grind while Lisa goes on world tours with a huge entourage. Gerald is also not happy with Lisa's frequent temperamental outbursts and reaches his limit when he has to walk her dog while she talks extensively to the press. Gerald then decides to divorce Lisa.
