Echo Lake plot

Will is thirty years old, on alcohol and struggling with his adult life. When his estranged father dies, Will inherits a chalet in the mountains just as his girlfriend kicks him out. He travels to the chalet to find somewhere to stay and to sell it. Once there, he soon finds out that a sale is easier said than done.
