Eccentric East German inventor Gunther Schmidt has created the ultimate car. A car that runs on tuber juice! He travels to a convention in Hollywood, where he hopes his invention will catch on. But when he gets there, his car is stolen and he is forced to look for it in Los Angeles. He is assisted by a valet parking attendant.
