Dog Gone Love plot

"Sex, Lies, and Doggie-Bones..."

Steven Merritt (Alexander Chaplin) is an obsessed writer who is mistaken for gay by Rebecca (Lindsay Sloane), his vet's assistant. To do research for his new book, he decides to keep up this pretense. The two fall in love, but cannot express these feelings to each other due to the allegedly different orientations.
